Robert Edward Easterwood, Sr.

Bob Easterwood of Tranquility, California, passed away at home on Sunday, April 23, 2005,

at the age of 59.  He was born on July 11, to Jay and Florence Easterwood in San Francisco,

California.  Upon graduation from Fresno High School in 1963, he joined the United States

Air Force.  In the year 2000, Bob retired from over 20 years of service with Fresno County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Troy; and his beloved wife, Claudia.

Bob is survived by two sons, Robert Edward Easterwood, Jr. and his daughter-in-law, Judy, 

and Kenneth Jay Appleby, all of Tranquility and three grandchildren, Anthony, Monique,

and Bobby.  

Funeral services at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel on Thursday, April 28, 2005. Burial at Fresno 

Memorial Gardens, Fresno, California.
