Notes:

Sarah Bell was an older sister to Catherine Bell, whom married David Appleby,  a younger half-brother to John Appleby, Sarah's husband

John and his wife, Sarah (Bell) moved  to Tennessee from Georgia in 1810.

In the growth of new states, the county lines were changed to add a new county.  If there is ever a change in the county of residence, it does

not necessarily mean the family moved, but  a change was made in the County line.
